Women still have only 64% of the rights that men do – UN report

According to a UN report, as of 2025, women worldwide have, on average, only 64% of the legal rights available to men. In many countries, they still face legal restrictions on property ownership, employment, equal pay, and making decisions about their own lives and health.

These limitations do not only violate women’s rights but also hinder societal progress. Research shows that gender equality contributes to economic growth, improved living standards, and social stability.

Progress is happening, but it is too slow. 64% is not equality. It is time to demand 100% of rights for women worldwide.

🎉 We are happy to announce the continuation of our project “Trauma-informed care for Ukrainian schools” in 2025! 🇺🇦✨

🙏 We want to thank Auswärtiges Amt and Eberhard-Schöck-Stiftung for support and for making this project possible. We think it is an important sign of solidarity with Ukrainian people in dire times. 💙💛

📚 This year we are planning to organise 3 trainings for teachers from Ukraine in Warsaw and 1 training for trainers. This is a new direction within the project, aimed at dissemination of project instruments and impact through expanding the pool of trainers. 👩‍🏫🌍

Apart from trainings, we hope to support the community of trauma-informed teachers through:
✅ Supervisions 🧑‍🏫
✅ An online conference 💻🎤
✅ Possibilities to organise events at their schools 🏫✨

🤝 We also think it important to share our experience and expertise in the field with colleagues in Berlin, who work with refugee children from Ukraine, and will organise a conference on trauma-informed care in Berlin. 🎙️🏙️

👏 We also want to thank our partners Обʼєднання «Агенція розвитку освітньої політики and Agency for Educational Policy Development and Warsaw Department of Education for their highly professional work and commitment to psychosocial support for Ukrainians. 💙🤲

Ladies, you're amazing 💜
